These terms govern use of the Seminole Heating & Air website operated by Seminole Heating and Air LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Pre-launch status and no service agreement
Seminole Heating & Air is preparing for a public launch planned for 2027. We are not currently accepting customers, service requests, estimates or appointments. Descriptions of future services, service areas and Seminole Seniors are plans, not offers of currently available services or guarantees of launch timing, coverage or assistance.
Calling our general-inquiry number or using this website does not book service, create a contractor-client relationship, or establish an agreement to perform work. Any future service will be subject to a separate agreement and the terms and disclosures applicable at that time.
Educational information and safety
The HVAC Resource Center and service pages provide general educational information, not a diagnosis, inspection, individualized professional advice or guarantee of a result. Equipment, homes and conditions differ. Follow manufacturer instructions and consult a qualified, operating HVAC professional for your specific situation.
Do not attempt electrical, gas, refrigerant or other hazardous work based on website content. If you suspect a gas leak, fire, carbon monoxide exposure or another immediate danger, leave the affected area and contact emergency services or the appropriate utility. Our general-inquiry phone number is not an emergency service.
Permitted use and intellectual property
