Seminole Heating & Air does not provide HVAC training or apprenticeship instruction through these positions. Applicants must have verifiable professional HVAC experience and be capable of performing the work they are applying for without on-the-job trade training.
Applicants must:
- Have verifiable professional HVAC experience
- Have reliable transportation
- Have their own basic tools required for their work
- Be dependable and professional with customers
- Be able to work independently
- Maintain any licenses or certifications required for the work they perform
- Maintain their own required insurance coverage
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
1099 Opportunities
Independent Contractor Opportunities
These opportunities are for independent contractors. Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own business requirements, insurance, transportation, tools, taxes, and other obligations associated with independent contractor work.
Before beginning work, approved contractors may be required to provide documentation including:
- Driver’s license or government-issued identification
- Proof of auto insurance
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Applicable HVAC licenses or certifications
- EPA Section 608 certification when applicable
- W-9
- References or documentation verifying professional HVAC experience

Who we’re looking for
Experienced Trade Professionals
HVAC Service Technicians
Experienced in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC systems.
HVAC Installers
Experienced with residential system replacements and new equipment installation.
Installation Helpers / Experienced HVAC Assistants
Applicants must already have professional HVAC field experience. This is not a training position for individuals new to the trade.
Specialty HVAC Contractors
Experienced professionals with specific HVAC skills or certifications are welcome to apply.
